Postdoc Appreciation Week (PAW) was organized by ITQB NOVA and iBET, held between the 18th and 22nd of September 2023. This event, initiated in 2009 in the USA, aims to recognize the valuable contributions that postdocs make to research. In an effort to bring this tradition to Portugal, ITQB and iBET crafted a program featuring engaging topics and workshops for the postdocs.
